How to synchronize VRBO's Calendar with RentalBell
Here's how to sync the VRBO calendar with RentalBell
To sync your VRBO calendar with your rental on RentalBell, visit your rental's page on RentalBell and click on Calendar Tools and then Add/Sync a New Channel. A window will open up where you will connect the VRBO and RentalBell calendars together. Select VRBO or choose Other from the dropdown menu.
Step 1: Import the VRBO calendar into RentalBell
Log in to your VRBO account
Click on Manage and then View Calendar next to your rental
Click on Import/Export
Click on Export calendar
Copy this link. You'll need to paste this into your Booking.com account.
Copy & paste the link in RentalBell in the AirBnb's Calendar Address (URL) box and click the Import Calendar button.
Step 2: Export the RentalBell calendar to VRBO
In the Export RentalBell's calendar to VRBO box, copy the ical file link. This is what you'll need to paste into VRBO.
Log in to your VRBO account.
Click on Manage and then View Calendar next to your rental.
Click on Import/Export.
Click on Import calendar.
Paste the link you copied into VRBO's Calendar URL box, name the calendar and then click Import Calendar.
That's it! You completed the sync!

Permitted usage of the RentalBell platform is limited to short term rental of residential or commercial properties that you are legally permitted to rent out for sub 30 day stays. Any other uses are impermissible. Any illegal activity sanctioned by your business in the destination of your property or any activities deemed illegal by the province of British Columbia are cause for immediate termination of your RentalBell account and will result in information being shared with local authorities in destination. Illegal activities prohibited include, but are not limited to theft, fraud, prostitution and human trafficking.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on RentalBell’s web site are provided “as is”. RentalBell makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, RentalBell does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
5. Limitations
